Hyannis mother duck to be investigated by Massachusetts DCF

The Cape Cod Times reports that yesterday, a mother duck lost her ducklings in a drain.

A police officer:

who happened to be driving through the Cape Cod Times rear parking lot about 3 p.m. just as the fire department received a call that a frantic mother duck was quacking as she waddle-raced in circles around a storm drain in the parking lot. Eight feet down, at the bottom of the drain, were 10 equally frantic and peeping baby mallards.

In light of the media attention given to the event, the Department of Children and Families (DCF) has decided to launch an investigation of the mother duck's parenting skills and possible alcohol abuse, seen on camera.

Not only did the mother duck lose her children down a drain and require rescue, she was utterly inept at parenting them right in front of rescue workers.

The video begins as the mother duck is restrained off camera by officers but can be heard being uncooperative and quacking.

The mother duck can be seen aimlessly wandering along a chain link fence, walking into a post, weaving and kicking a beer can as she stumbles along after the rescue.

Day after day when Taunton NWS "screws up" the forecast as they did today, forecasting sun and 69... and not the Unicloud that was over us all day, we are treated to the screen at right all day until the experiment ends.

It doesn't take 7 days to update computers or fix radar that has indeed worked on and off, in the evenings. Sorry.

Now, people in the know are aware that clouds are not monolithic bright white translucent sprays that come out of the back end of a plane at 30,000 feet and neither is "fog" as some hapless ham radio operators think as they vainly try to figure out why they can't hit a repeater 15 miles away with 100 watts and a beam.

The entire time since this campaign started on 13 May with the photos I posted earlier of the spraying , BOX has had magical radar problems.

In all likelihood they're lying and were asked to shut it off or put it to another use during the present choking and gagging of citizen taxpayers of New England by the Dogs of War:
