The world still gets 2 percent. The gas in the bunkers was bought months ago. The oil sold today in the spike will be delivered in months.

So this drop to zero internet activity from Libya to GoogleNSACIA at this hour and any police activities there are meaningless, except that it creates a condition for soccer moms to accept more stealing.
