Illogical judge declares even if you're in office illegally, you get to stay by virtue of being in office

A federal "judge" has dismissed the case brought to discover why Soetoro dba Obama is using a Connecticut Social Security Number which is now made more interesting given the fraud of the office holder's recently arrested uncle doing the same.

Mr. Carr contacted the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles and asked a spokesman at the state motor vehicle agency how someone in Onyago Obama's circumstances could get a driver's license. He later told his audience what he discovered:(emphasis is mine)

"According to the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles he has a valid driver's license and you can't get a valid driver's license, supposedly, unless you have a social security number. And I asked them (RMV), 'Well how the hell did he get a license if he never had a social security number? Maybe I'm just a little mister naive.' But they said that they couldn't tell me because he had the license for at least 20 years, so he had gotten it back in their pre-computer days."

The "judge" concluded

I used charts so these numbers might not be perfect to the fractional point but they illustrate the propaganda being waged... to counter the previous attacks.

Irene manufactured "emergency" rolls on

Don't be conned by media propaganda about Irene. They are manipulating people by showing them images of the damaged areas, not the millions of square miles with little or no damage that still were deprived of power and cable in a manufactured herd mentality event.

Some residents and businesses did see their lights come back on by Tuesday as the number of NStar customers without power dropped to 61,000 from 162,000.

is outrageous when Northeast Utilities restored hundreds of thousands in a far more (but still not severely) damaged area in the same time.

Within the first 24 hours following Hurricane Irene’s impact on Connecticut, CL&P has restored power to over 288,000 customers.

It was actually a tropical storm. Having been in two hurricanes and multiple tropical storms, it's far different. It's driving at 35 MPH compared to 85 MPH.

The following is a series of lies by a federal asset. The Brewster Chief spent the day yesterday directing NSTAR where to go, commandeering them for the wealthy streets, wealthy on Route 6A and businesses as they tried to work and doing the same when any Comcast crew was nearby.

He did this without regard to power status such that people with power were made to wait inordinate amounts of time for Comcast to respond when those houses should have been fixed first since they already had power.

He risked triggering late fees and overlimit fees for people using online banking and bill paying to serve his typical authoritarian Germanic ego.

Brewster police Chief Richard Koch was dismayed by the lack of information coming to Cape officials from NStar in the days following the storm. At one point, three-fourths of town residences and businesses were without power. Although NStar and other utility crews responded to high-priority events during the storm, Koch said that to the best of his knowledge there were no NStar crews in town attempting to restore power afterward. Two tree-trimming trucks and one line-repair crew were the first to come into town Monday afternoon.



The town formed an emergency committee in recent years to evaluate and prioritize the needs following severe storms and communicate those to NStar and other utilities. But both faxes and phone calls to NStar went unanswered, Koch said.



Koch said that power utilities on Cape used to station a truck and crew in each town to be used by public safety officials to restore power to priority areas. Now the process is more bureaucratic and less efficient, Koch said, as town officials must submit paperwork identifying priority areas and wait for a response.

Chief Koch knows the truth very well, and has opted to issue a cover story for why there were no trucks as have all the federally co-opted police and fire chiefs.

You don't need many trucks when most of the power has been shut off as a region-wide PSYOP to gauge public response to a manufactured "emergency".

This region gets high wind tropical storms nearly every year and loses far less power and cable with far more damage.

Irene: Evidence of a PSYOP to create an "emergency"

This was a total and abject PSYOP waged by two utilities' officers for their handlers until they were called out.

With thousands on Cape Cod still without power in the wake of Tropical Storm Irene and little information on when the lights will come back on, many residents are feeling left in the dark in more ways than one...

Many residents who spoke to the Times wondered why there were so few, if any, electric utility crews working in their communities.

"It's bizarre," said Christopher Shea, who lives on Route 6A in Brewster where about two-thirds of the town was still without power Monday afternoon...

"I saw a total of one truck," he said about the apparent lack of NStar crews in the area.

Most of the people who called or emailed the Times with concerns about NStar's response said they hadn't seen even one of the company's trucks in their area, despite being without power for almost 24 hours.

"There hasn't been a soul around," said Ralph Parette, 65, of Lake Shore Drive in East Falmouth.

Parette and more than a half dozen of his neighbors who were still without power Monday compared notes after going out during the day, he said, adding that they had seen no NStar crews in the area.

"How much warning do they need?" he said. "We had a week to get ahead of this."

Public safety officials raised similar issues with NStar during Monday's cleanup.

"Damage is very minimal," in Chatham, Police Chief Mark Pawlina said, adding, however, that much of the town is without power.

No NStar line crews had been seen in Chatham Sunday or Monday, he said. Tree-clearing crews for NStar started working in town late Monday morning.

In Brewster the fire department, town hall and water tank were all without power, Fire Chief Robert Moran said.

The water tank is being powered by a generator, he said...

Despite repeated requests, NStar would not provide the Times with more detailed information on how many customers on Cape Cod lost power or how many crews are working in the region. Later in the day, on the NStar website, there was a list of the towns and the number of customers who were still without power.

"We're getting more crews in every day, though it's important to remember there are millions of power outages from North Carolina to Maine as a result of Irene and every available utility crew is at work right now," NStar spokesman Michael Durand wrote in an email to the Times.

The company plans to relocate crews from other parts of its service territory to areas most heavily affected by the storm, Durand wrote.

"Obviously things are taking longer than any of us would like because of the level of damage," he wrote.

As of Monday afternoon, NSTAR reported that roughly 200-thousand customers are without power, down from a height of more than 250-thousand customers late Sunday. The storm left massive amountsof damage and debris in its wake after high winds took down tree limbs and power lines. NSTAR iswarning customers that it will be several days before power is restored to all customers.

After Irene, we are being treated to post hoc ergo propter hoc.

In Latin it means "after this, therefore because of this".

In other words, if the politicians hadn't ordered evacuations, thousands would be "dead".

This from a hurricane turned tropical storm that had Tesla, Teller and Eastlund's life's work used against it since 22 August.

He looked crestfallen fell briefly silent when a weatherwoman told him that the rain was not going to get any worse. “Wow, because this isn’t so bad,” he said. “It’s an annoying rain but it isn’t even a sideways rain.”

Then came the press conferences from the politicians, with Governor Chris Christie of New Jersey that his evacuation of the Jersey Shore was “a pre-emptive measure that I am confident saved lives” and there could still be damage worth “tens of billions” of dollars.

Janet Napolitano, the Homeland Security chief, declared that there was ” a ways to go with Irene” but “with the evacuations and other precautions taken we have dramatically decreased the risk to life”. Mayor Michael Bloomberg of New York seemed thoroughly delighted with himself, as if he personally had calmed the waters and stifled the winds.

When you look like an ass because you ignored weather mitigation, simply declare that if you hadn't issued orders ignored by most everyone that more would have died.

Wellfleet ham seeks special treatment

A Phi Beta Kappa college graduate and descendant of Roman rulers had his life stolen by the government and Merck (and no one gave a damn). He asked for a year that NSTAR fix surges that were threatening to burn a house down that already had electricians at it as they requested. Those surges were staged in response to my comments on this blog. The only time they occurred was in response to my writings, and were clear attempts at retaliation for telling the truth after remaining silent since 1998 or even 1995.

Before that in 2005, I nearly died of a lung infection during a stay in my 38 degree house when this unprepared town's minimal shelters were full. I was yelled at on day three by a loser high school graduate-high school-aged Brewster dispatcher and NSTAR customer representative.

Yet, there was Jamie Devlin, KB1OSX, in a 74 degree wind storm in broad daylight with dozens of lines now down due to a refusal of the Illuminated (no, not really) citizens of Cape Cod to let the NSTAR crews clear power lines as is done everywhere else in the USA.

Jamie asked Dan Howard, K1DYO, at the control if he had a NSTAR rep with him that he could manipulate into restoring power that as far as I remember has been out there for an hour.

He said he needed it because his grandmother has Alzheimer's.

No reference was made to any electrical needs. Alzheimer's is just a reason (in their house) to restore power before people with CPAP, IV pumps, respirators, fall hazards due to strokes or ear diseases.

Well I know for a fact that they're a family of rule benders because despite the CCRTA saying they will drive away if you aren't waiting for bus pickups, one day a few weeks ago the driver waited more than 15 minutes for her highness to appear outside.

So Jamie needs his power.

It's 74 and variable clouds with gusty wind with primaries serving hundreds down... and he needs power.

Jamie got mad and repeated himself until Dan told him that there were dozens if not hundreds waiting and he couldn't do that.

Did the politicians know what was being done to mitigate the effects of Irene as it grew, and not believe it ? Were they told to proceed as if nothing was being done in case it failed ? Or are they just out of the loop ?

And why does it matter when the Mayor of New York does what he did, telling 300,000 that refusal to evacuate was "illegal" ?

Only 1400 responded at the last widely published count.

He potentially endangered the lives of babies and people in ICU by evacuating 5 hospitals. Usually it's assumed that's more dangerous than leaving people.

It looks like he eventually resorted to exercising force on those who couldn't resist him, just to prove a point that didn't exist.



As goes New York, so goes the Northeast. What that office occupant does is now emulated by other cities and towns.



Once the Mayor started his decrees, so too did the Governors of the New England states, let alone the Governor of New Jersey who swore in public. Irene withers; HAARP pulses retreat

The HAARP-recorded pulses in the downward (Bz) axis that occurred from 2000z to 0200z unlike the previous days' methodical schedule were predictably far weaker.

Once again they corresponded to pulsed variable (power, time and frequency) radio signals centered at 5 MHz.

We can deduce this was the case because of the weakening of the hurricane that had since been steered into and over land.

A new addition at 0800z was a tire track appearance across 5 Hz to 1.5 Hz indicating higher power at the higher frequency, before the pulses were stopped.

In Chatham, facing the Atlantic, the strongest gust reported by NWS so far was at 852 AM and was SE at 18 MPH with a gust of 40 MPH. At JFK airport in New York a few minutes earlier, the strongest wind recorded there so far was at a whopping E at 35 MPH with a gust to 46 MPH.

I love politicians making comments like "we have several trees down" in their serious voice, as one was heard to say on WCVB.

My attention was attracted to this week's Coast to Coast AM schedule on "Secret Societies".

Day 5: HAARP recorded 1600 to 0400z pulses

Well, once again HAARP was recording the downward (Bz) pulses on the magnetometer from 1600z to 0400z.

As has been the case since 22 August, that has been with the corresponding splattering of time pulsed and frequency and power swept RF signals centered in the vicinity of 5 MHz.

The mainly Bz (downward) magnetic pulses received (possibly caused) by HAARP started at 1600z again as they have since 22 August.

Once again they were joined by varying radio signals around 5 MHz at 1600z and later.

Additionally in the By (magnetic east) axis, we see that they edited the chart; they redacted it based on its appearance.

Note the perfectly black area between the two energy bursts at just after 0600z and 1200z and below 3.5 Hz.

There seems to be a similar blackout above 3.5 Hz on either side of that time spread.

Once again the pulses received on HF (the "smudge" on the bluish chart) match the pulses received on the magnetometer downward axis (Bz).

UPDATE: 5 hours after I wrote the first post at 0015 UTC there was a 4.5 aftershock which also correlates to the end of the energy burst and two days of pulses seen here.

I added the chart since the original post below that I posted at 0015 UTC.

Note also that the pulses can be seen on the spectrum monitor (bluish chart) starting at 1600 UTC as they are on the magnetometer.

There's another burst in the radio spectrum at 0000 to 0200 UTC overlapping the time of the burst on the magnetometer.

Tonight we see that the magnetometer is showing pulsing of nearly the same kind as yesterday, at the same hours with a few exceptions. Examples of these are the more intense bursts of rapid frequency shifting at just over 0 to 1 Hz at around 2200 UTC and 0200 UTC.

The pulsing by frequency lines up perfectly both nights as well looking left to right.

Note that on the By at 1800 and 0400 on both nights, the power is actually up compared to last night in the same time slot. Most power in the Bx is down compared to last night.

The earthquake came in the hours in between. An attack or "Oops" ?

Cape Cod earthquake

At 2 PM we felt a circular motion in the car and saw the ham antennas on the tower moving in the same manner.

Strangely, at 2 PM yesterday I was in the very still pond water and saw the water move like a pan of water being swished.

It just so happens I saved these HAARP magnetometer charts from yesterday when I saw the pulsing you can easily see.

Now why did I do that ?

Also, do take note of where the sun is setting. Most people don't have a reference because no one was expecting it, but the sun is setting much farther north at the easy to track solstices (we have some trees I used for 30 years).
